Professional wrestler Jeff Hardy is in the Moore County jail Friday after being arrested on charges of trafficking in controlled prescription pills and possession of anabolic steriods.
Hardy, 32, of 265 Boys Camp Road, Cameron, was arrested after a search of his residence yielded 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia, according to a press release.
A joint investigation conducted by officers with the Moore County Sheriff's Office narcotics and select enforcement units and the Fayetteville Police Department led to the arrest.
Vicodin and anabolic steriods are Schedule III substances, while Soma is a non-controlled prescription pill.
Hardy and his brother, Matt, wrestling as the Hardy Boyz, were six-time World Wrestling Entertainment World Tag Team Champion. Individually, Jeff Hardy held the WWE World Champion belt one time and the World Heavyweight Championship twice.
Hardy was charged with felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
His bail was set at $125,000.

This fucking idiot. I swear. What the hell is wrong with this guy?! That Wellness Policy is bullshit, man. Guys like him, Angle, and Daniels with his drunk driving. Its all just so stupid, man.
LMAO, Boys County Road... gay or ok?
Sad, this is what it comes down to being a professional wrestler? You either give everything to the sport and have to leave with the pain and addictions, or you live your life straight edge and be made into the villain?
Get help Jeff, serious help for a serious problem. Maybe one of the wrestlers can provide what exactly all this does for him? I mean does all this just make a wrestler better? I don't understand the sacrifices the body takes to perform what he does but I think it isn't worth it.
Now the question is what does Jeff do to stay out of prison?
awww man.....seriously?
What a fuckin idiot
BAAHHAHAHAHA
LOSER!!!!!
....at least Jeff Hardy didn't make it to...."BREAKING POINT"

I wish I had 262 Vicodins right now, mmmmmmmm sweet hydrocodone.
What is wrong with this wanker, does he want to sink his career and self-respect, everyone thinks the sun shines out of his arse, he gets all the light on him and poor Matt gets fuck all, what a tosser, grow up man, time for Matt to be pushed and leave this idiot to rot!
To be honest, I've always preferred Matt to Jeff, what a loser you are Hardy Boy!

I don't know why and I hope I'm right about this so that Jeff doesn't come off as a complete idiot, but I smell a work. I mean think about it, Jeff gets hemmed up on these charges and in the casual fans eyes is done with the E. The whole while CM Punk walks around with an ever knowing smirk on his face. Towards No Way Out put finally revels that he planted the drugs on Jeff so that the world can see Jeff for what Punk thinks he is, a washed up drug abusing loser that acted as the Pied Piper to young fans as they dance in the opium fields. Punk, feeling that nothing will come of this, says that he is straight edge and he is better than everyone. Cue Jeff's music and his return and you got a big money match at Mania...
Never mind. The E couldn't plan something like that and actually get it to work.
Jeff is gonna be like Chyna and most others who fly to the top too fast. And that's a damn shame.
Wonder if this means the door is still open for him in wwe? Its funny to think if he resigned with wwe if this would count against him with the wellness policy or if it'd be overlooked?
On a side note, it always bothered me that Jeff got more shine in the wwe then Matt. Matt was awesome when he was a heel doing V.1 (still miss Matt Facts), he was extremely over in his feud with Edge (which they did nothing with), he had a great feud with MVP over the US title (that ended quietly instead of with a bang), and even had an entertaining feud with Mark Henry (MARK HENRY!). Its almost as if they went out of their way to try to keep Matt well under the glass ceiling.
Zyrone: I must take issue with the idea that Jeff flew to the top too fast. I'm not a big Jeff Hardy fan, but I have to respect the fact that at just 16 years old he was already doing jobs for WWE. Over the course of the next 16 years, he made his way to the top. This is no overnight sensation.
Can't a man just get f'd up in his own home? There's no way he was selling them, so where's the problem?
there is nobody who puts their body on the line like Jeff. His brother cant evev lace his boots. You jump from a 25 foot ladder through a table and tell me you wouldnt want some vicodin and a snort of cocaine! You people need to shut up!!!!!!!!!! especially Punk! F you all!!
