Tha Flaw Report: Slap

The Cyber Sunday results seem to have left a bitter taste in several fans' mouths. It also didn't sit well with former World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho. Or Randy Orton, or Santino Marella, or JBL. This has the potential to turn into a very good storyline. Not leaning too much toward Mark vs. Smark, but this can go on to sit well with both groups. We aren't happy, but the writers are making the viable contenders (mostly) unhappy as well.

Mike Adamle, well Mike has gotten it from me. From the fans, from everyone and now Orton is playing that angle. Boos or no boos, Orton is a guy that is over. Who better to have here with a face GM? Nobody. How it turns out I don't know, but it could be nice.

Change is again at the forefront of the double double E. Remember weeks and months ago when I praised Miz and Morrison for their tag teaminess? Now it's transferring to greatness. Remember long before that when Downtown was singing the praises of the Miz saying he would be a main eventer? It's here folks.

Are you 50? I don't want to be wrong and think too far ahead, but Miz and Morrison are main eventing against DX, who will return again for one night only, if it is even them. The Spirit Squad main evented PPV and "Raw" after "Raw" against DX, but they weren't over before during or after when just one guy came out. It's different now and MnM can flip this into success nobody imagined they'd have.

Win lose or draw, unless it's the token Triple H burial of the younger guys, MnM will come out of this on fire. The E can make or break it here. If they make it, watch out the future superstars are superstars now. If they carry through with what they usually do and screw this up, two guys with unlimited potential will be squandered, at least for now.

Staying on the tag team scene, Priceless took on the very legit and very well packaged team of Kofi Kingston and CM Punk. Thing is, Punk and Kofi looked like a tag team, worked like a tag team, won like a tag team and now they carry gold like a tag team. Punk may be out of the main event scene, but fan clamoring is keeping him in a title picture. Punk is over. Kofi is over. As a team they're over.

That's why they have those really weird looking red, black and gold belts. The celebration afterward seemed as though they plan to use these two as a tag team over the course of at least the next few months. In the end, with two superstars on seperate paths this leads to a feud which leads to something that we have again been wanting. The heel turn of CM Punk. Bad for WWEshop, but quite possibly good for WWE.

Now this just wouldn't be the Flaw report without a flash of Haastino. Guess what? We had them together last night and Charlie Haas was knocking them dead in his GlamaHaas gimmick. I laughed so hard when I saw that. Santino's pre-match promo was great. When he called the attention of all women who plan to be mothers to Honky Donky Man, Rodney the Piper, and Goldendust to show them not to do drugs. Simply great.

We didn't get a real match or anything resembling one, but we got the old dudes beating down Santino and leaving together as Beth checked on Santino. The thing is though, Santino has one year and one week until he is the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all the times. Honestly, I hope he holds it right to that point, and loses it the day before or the day of so he only ties the record. He could keep this going until 2027. That'd be nice.

I saw the lovely Katie Lea, but I have a question, and I may have just missed it, but where is Paul Burchill? Couldn't they be using him? Couldn't he be in the thick of something? Wouldn't that extra young heel face go a long long way right now? Maybe not, but I don't think it would hurt anything. Seriously is he hurt, or something else that I missed?

I'd like to apologize in advance, and now that it's here I'll apologize again. I'm not going to cover Bob Tista as World Champion. I don't have the energy or the desire. the ratings did so well last time he was champ, and I expect the same thing. He may get a loud reaction, but how many people really watch for him? Not that many. I'm more excited to see John Cena return than to see Batista with the gold. I could care less if Cena stepped in the ring again. It's that bad.

They are doing a nice job of hyping Cena's return at Survivor Series, but they really don't need to overdo it. They're teetering on that ledge. I've seen a good half dozen Cena commercials and maybe it's different to me because I'm not a Cena fan and I'm a wrestling fan so I know it anyway. Maybe it will reach the casual fans who recognize Cena and they'll want to watch, but will they pay $40 to see his return on PPV? Probably not.

I know I've left a good bit out of this "Raw" report but these seemed to be the things worth discussing the most. Evan Bourne had a great showing. The divas did their thing. JBL/Jericho and Batista/HBK (who hated each other a few months ago) worked a tag team main event. "Raw" has a shot at being better and turning it around, but we'll see soon enough.

*Batista & Shawn Michaels def. Chris Jericho & JBL
*Rey Mysterio def. Evan Bourne
*Mickie James, Kelly Kelly & Candice Michelle def. Layla, Katie Lea Burchill & Jillian
*The "GlamaHaas" vs. Santino Marella no-contest
*CM Punk & Kofi Kingston def. Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase to become the new champions

I actually skipped out on watching Raw due to the fact that Batista is champ. Maybe when Cena gets back (which I wish was never) he can wrestle Batista again (ouch, I don't think my eyes can handle that again) and return the favor and put big Dave on the shelf.

I dont know if i can stomach 3 hours of this garbage next week. I'm honestly struggling more and more each week to finish the show, because it just drags on.

I think I lay the blame of this on Adamle, because I think the GM role is the most important for the flow of the show. When Reagle was holding it down, the flow had an overall sense of continuity, and actually drew anticipation and excitement. Now, its just stale as hell, and has no draw whatsoever.

He needs to go. Hes in way too important of a position, and is blowing it big time. He's becoming worse than Vickie on Smackdown. At least she draws a reaction. I dont know I can continue to watch this every monday until changes are made.

Remember it was only a few months ago when RAW was GMless, Vince was dead (or something) Anarchy reigned supreme, and we were given reason to turn in week in and week out. Why did that change?

I cannot, repeat, cannot watch a Batista title reign. I would rather watch an Iron Man match between Mae Young and the hand she gave birth to.
I am O'ing for a C.M Punk heel turn, only wish they would do the same thing with Cena. That was the only time in his career he was even close to being over with me.The HBK/Batista tag team? WTF??? What happened to their feud that went nowhere? I actually miss Randy Orton, that's how bad RAW is right now.MnM are fucking GOLD right now,but you know that they will find a way to fuck them up. DX? Again? Give HBK a program we can care about and stop dropping Triple H into the mix. I could live with a HBK/JBL program for a few weeks. I could live with a Orton/Jerichco program, but any program with Batista, involving the belt promises shit returns on the investment.
