Dexter Wins!

Fuckin' right he did! Although the show "Dexter" itself lost out to "Mad Men" for Best Television Series - Drama (to be honest, I've never watched an episode of "Mad Men" so I can't fairly diss it...but fuck that show), the two actors from Tha O Show's beloved acton/thriller series won in their respective categories last night.

Now Tha Nation of O knows that I hate an awards show and never watch. But last night, I couldn't help but flip on it here and there just to see if my boy Dex and Trinity were gonna come through. Admittedly, I missed their victory presentations and acceptance speeches. Watch them here: Michael C. Hall and John Lithgow.

But on behalf of O-sters everywhere, congratulations to both John Lithgow (Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television) and Michael C. Hall (Best Performance by an Actor In A Television Series - Drama).

It was kind of a tough thing to watch Michael C. Hall rocking that black toque to cover up his missing hair due to cancer treatments. I reiterate the sentiments written earlier on this site that we all wish Hall a speedy recovery and all the best with his health.

Big ups to "Iron" Mike Tyson (fresh from his appearance on "Raw") and the rest of The Hangover crew for winning Best Motion Picture - Comedy Or Musical and Cristoph Waltz (Best Performance by an Actor In A Supporting Role in a Motion Picture) who definitely deserved praise for his performance in Inglourious Basterds.
