If you read between the line of Nash last week and Hardy this week it sseems clear that workers everywhere are not cool with Miz having the belt. People can say "oh it gets everyone talking" but so does a story of a burning baby on the 11 PM newscast!!!!

Matt has really fallen off the wagon (on the wagon?) recently and I've lost respect for him. But this interview was bang on. Christian and Gail Kim are criminally underutilized and the Cena angle was going great until the last two weeks. This angle was so fresh and innovative but instead of playing it out with a heel turn or keeping Cena off TV for a while they go to the old, tired cliche of having a wrestler buy a ticket.
This was definitely a lucid moment for Hardy.
Well, he's right about one thing. WWE does need a serious talent movement, even though their pushing some pretty good workers right now like Alberto Del Rio, Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, and John Morrison, but its still not enough.
I agree with his thoughts on John Cena too. John Cena delivered a very sincere promo last week, but him showing up early this week to ambush the Nexus makes the promo he cut last week seem totally worthless. We all expected him to be back early, but we didn't expect him to be back as early as he returned this week to extract revenge against the Nexus. John Cena returning early destroys the concept of the promo he cut last week.
As far as the WWE being apprehensive about Miz carrying the ratings, that's probably true, which is why Cena returned as early as he did to ambush the Nexus. The WWE is clearly taking some precautionary measures to cover their asses to make sure they still do good in the ratings, because they're experimenting with a new WWE Champion in Miz and with Orton out on the shelve, they don't want to take any chances.
I agree with Matt, the angle with Cena on Monday was absolutely retarded. I realize wrestling fans have to suspend their disbelief to enjoy certain aspects of the product, but the fact that Cena had enough time to hop the barrier, remove all the TV monitors and FU Heath Slater through the table before security even attempted to intervene is insulting to the viewer's intelligence.
Ironically, when Matt Hardy did the "fired" angle years ago, they actually got it right, because security ambushed him almost immediately. Not coincidentally, people actually bought into that angle, whereas Cena's current angle is a joke.
Matt's absolutely right. Cena needs to be treated more as a vigilante, and that includes street clothes, increased security, etc. Getting arrested and taken away in handcuffs did wonders for Austin in 1997/98 and Hardy in '05 and it could do the same here.
Cena explained to Nexus that the security had a hard on for them after the beat down they received via Nexus. Matt must have missed that in between sandwiches.
I think Matt makes a hell of a lot of sense and the IWC douche bags and WWE fan boys who hate him are just fuckin knob guzzlers

The only way the Cena angle would make sense would be that Cena has already turned heel and Barrett is letting him trash Nexus for a little while until people let their guard down. Then Cena does his turn and enables Barrett to win the title.
