How about the "Bray Wyatt" (Wyndham Rotundo, Husky Harris) character? It has a bit of a "cult leader" feel.
In my humble opinion, he appears to be a lot more than just Waylon Mercy 2.0.

This was one of my favorite episodes in the new O show era. I enjoyed the Billy Gunn Interview, the Dream Team vs. 2012 Olympic Basketball team debate and a Dan E O run in! Solid episode.
