I pop on the "freestyle" Brian was good his sense of humor adds to the show and fits the stile he should come on more
Awesome show as always. Bryan was funny as hell. Black Prophet was funny as hell (even though MVP's new outfit is terrible) and TID is very passionate about Dexter. I need to watch this new season before you all spoil it some more.

I was disappointed George Sotiropoulos got no love from you guys last week. The lone Aussie on the UFC roster is now 4-0 since his time on TUF.
I can't wait 'till UFC 110 hits Sydney and although the card isn't shaping up quite like i was hoping (Wanderlei vs Bisping in the main? at 195??), i'm sure it'll turn out great anyway (as TID says, it's always the unassuming cards that seem to over deliver).
I keep hitting the mute button on all the Dexter talks, as season 4 hasn't begun airing down here yet. Gotta get on those downloads i suppose..

I dont know about all the Stryker love but i do think Lawler and Heenan are overrated.
