Sorry for the delay on this y'all!

This week TNA had an eight-man tournament, a Championship Tournament Series to award the winner a title shot. In the Tournament was Bobby Lashley, Abyss, Kurt Angle, Black Pope D'Angelo Dinero, Desmond Wolfe, Suicide, Homicide and Robert Roode.

The only odd thing about this is if Lashley, Abyss, Angle, or Wolfe wins, they get a shot at the TNA World Championship. Suicide and Homicide would earn a shot at the X Division belt, while Roode would garner a chance at the tag titles.

Can you say WTF??? What’s the point if they all get different title shots??? TNA take note. On last week's Breakthrough Battle Royal on "Raw", the winner got the number one contender’s slot for he WORLD title! Keep it simple stupid.

Where are the guys who really deserve to be in this tournament?? Guys like Matt Morgan, Samoa Joe, Kevin Nash, Eric Young, Scott Steiner and Daniels. I could go on. But here is a quick recap of the event...

FIRST ROUND MATCHES

Bobby Lashley vs. Abyss

Fagley was able to get the victory after Kristal distracted by faking an injury. More like a Sharmell move if you ask me. Is Bobby the new Booker T??? Bobby gets Abyss in the Dragon Sleeper for the win

Desmond Wolfe vs. Suicide

Poor Suicide didn’t stand a chance here. Tower of London from Wolfe to get the win.

Kurt Angle vs. D'Angelo Dinero

As you know I’m not much of a Pope fan, glad to see him lose to Angle. Angle gave the sportsman-like front, shaking hands after. I’m not buying the good guy thing from Angle. It doesn’t seem genuine and I don’t think the fans believe his recent “turn”.

Homicide vs. Robert Roode

Great match, Homicide was on point until he lost and turned into a bitch and threw a fit. Good to see Roode fight on his own. Dude should get a push on the solo side. What’s Beer Money without the money?

Knockouts Battle Royal

The Knockouts were not left out of the action this week. There was a battle royal to crown ODB's next challenger for the Knockout’s Championship. ODB was the Special Guest Referee. That’s what you call biased. Talk about a wack idea, letting the Champ ref the match for her next challenger. I’m not feeling it.

All the top Knockouts were present in this match. Even my beloved Lacie. Great match. Tara took this one and ODB didn’t’ seem very pleased about the outcome. Traci and Alyssa fought after they got eliminated, continuing their feud. So we’re gonna see Tara versus ODB. Come on TNA just give the belt to Tara already. ODB is a wack Trailer Park Champ. Please pass it on.

SECOND ROUND MATCHES

Wolfe vs. Lashley

Good match up, Lashley shows how strong he is through the match. Wolfe gets DQ’ed not letting Bobby out of a hold on the ropes. Wack finish.

Angle vs. Roode

I liked this match up. Roode went toe to toe with Angle all the way. Wolfe came out and distracted Angle to cause Kurt to be counted out costing Angle to get the title shot he’s been moaning about. Look for the Wolfe-Angle feud to heat up.

TOURNAMENT FINAL

Roode vs. Lashley

Bobby "The Hulk" Lashley takes the win in the Tournament by taking out Roode. Lashley had an easier time with Wolfe than Roode. Go figure. I am surprised Roode made it this far. Either way, any tournament that Bobby wins is sure to be a sham.

The usual backstage antics throughout the show this week. Mick Foley was running around trying to get more info on Hogan’s plans. Angle told Mick he should get on board with the whole Hogan situation.

Nash was palling around with Young. Something smells fishy here, look for the last laugh to be on Young.

Daniels was doing his baby routine and crying like a jealous bitch. He should be standing by his homie’s side and wait for his chance to get his shot.

Dixie Carter will be appearing on next week’s iMPACT! to discuss the Hogan situation. From what I’ve read about the whole thing and from all the things spewing out of Hulk’s mouth, we should be expecting Hogan to get in the ring. He’s supposed to be coming to TNA with Bischoff to run TNA from the back.

First order of business is to fire Russo and have no writers. Expect Hulk to Hulk up TNA in some shape or form. OR is he the mole? Sent to take out Vince’s comeption one more time??
