From WWE.com: "In accordance with WWE's Wellness Program, effective Wednesday, September 2, Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio) is suspended for 30 days for a violation of the company's policy."Mysterio's Wellness suspension will begin Wednesday, September 2nd, allowing him to work the "SmackDown!" taping on Tuesday where he will drop the WWE Intercontinental Title. It also seems likely that the company will run some sort of injury angle to keep Rey off television.

With his second suspension, the accumulation of nagging injuries and 20 years in the biz, Oscar should really spend a few years away from the buisness or retire completely.
In all honesty, The Fed should just flat out strip him of the title (Jack Tunney style) and hold a 16 man tournament and have the finals at Breaking Point (I tried to come up with a botched name for the even a la SummerFest, but that's not happening)
