Wow, it's like some weird brand split. Same studio, different topic, different guy talking to TJ!
I read a couple of graphic novels every couple of months, and I'm all into music and movies, and I appreciate the effort, but for me, personally, it doesn't have "IT". I came to Tha O Show for the wrestling news, but now I stay for the witty banter and entertainment value primarily.
Plus, I just realised, I don't think I ever disagreed with anything said on the O. My opinions with Kingdom could very much conflict. ;)
Still, despite that, I can see it's a worthwhile endeavor, not my thing personally, but it only strengthens the Land of O, and it's produced just as well as Our very Own, and bound to appeal to others. Good on ye!
James your show does not suit everyone but for whom it does it fits. I think you have a graet show going here and keep it coming. You express what alot of what people feel so far as TV and Movies. Some of your takes I can agree with and some not. All in all I think Tha O Show picked a fine MC to host a show. I spent years rockin the mic with topless dancers and I know what you mean. To the dancer you end up being their doctor,shrink,father, and marriage director. People always ask if I fucked every dancer. HELL NO they had more problmes than any soap opera. We called it as the Titty Twist in the club LOL.
Hope this venture goes well for you and get yourself a sidekick to play off of. You did fine on your own but might help to have someone to bounce ideas and theories off of.
As a handsome genius, I enjoyed this week's Handsome Genius Club. I think Kingdom did a great job, even moreso when you consider that he was stiffed by his co-host. He did a fantastic job bouncing off of TJ from time to time, and he kept his monologues interesting. For a show that was advertised as being largely based on banter, I expect that this show will only get better with the addition of co-hosts.
Also...my O of the week was his quick one-liner about Evan Tanner. I O'd for a minute and a half. That was ballsy, Uncle Kingdom.
I think this show will get better and better as the weeks progress. I enjoyed it.
I can't believe Kingdom pulled it off without a co-host... mind you if his co -host had turned up he might have been pulling something else off!!!
Still for a one man show this was fricken awesome, can't wait till next week!!
