More Roster Cuts O'Plenty

As was reported late last week the WWE is cleaning house. The house cleaning continued this week, with a few surprise names, and some that we've been waiting on for quite some time. The following names were released today:
Stevie Richards, Rory & Robbie of the Highlanders, referee Wes Adams, Cherry, and Colin Delaney.

The release of Colin Delaney may or may not come as a shock, but I don't really think it was expected after he's been heavily involved in ECW over the last several months, and was featured in WWE magazine over the last few issues as well. Stevie Richards seemed like a lifer, and Cherry didn't seem as though she was ready to walk either, though she'll fit well in the Knockouts Division in TNA should she chose to do so.

The Highlanders have been on the hot seat for quite sometime and the process wasn't helped at all by TNA putting Robbie on television as "WWE Wrestler" several months ago. They returned to "Raw" last Monday to put over Cryme Tyme, and now have been served their walking papers. Referee Wes Adams was also released.

In your opinion, how does Cherry fit in with TNA's KOs?

I ask because from what I've seen on SD, she doesn't appear to be that good a wrestler, and I think everyone knows that in the TNA vs WWE debate, TNA easily wins the women's division.

I will say that maybe I missed some of her better match, because I stopped watching SD for a while, not to mention I usually turned the channel when Deuce and Domino came out.

Everything seen on "smackDown" and according to what I've heard (though not seen) about her on the indies she's a damn good worker.

I called all but Cherry (that one was out of left field). Now all WWE has to do is release Holly, Yang, Dykstra and Carlito and the prophecy will be fulfilled.

I really hope WWE releases Carlito, because I'd really enjoy seeing him in LAX. Only downside is that TNA already has a packed roster, and not enough tv time (weekly). TNA may want to consider doing a one hour online show just so Impact doesn't seem so crowded.

I also wouldn't mind a Flying Elvis's reunion in TNA. But maybe just keep Siaki and Yang, replace Estrada with someone else.
