Speakin of Michael Racist Hayes, Here's something from Meltzer today
Michael Hayes is back with the company, but his remarks to fellow WWE employee Mark Henry cost him a lot more than people thought. Hayes lost two months of pay and during that time was instructed to attend sensitivity training as well as alcohol recovery classes, which he did. Hayes is back as a writer, but demoted from his vice president position. This means that he will not be eligible for the stock grants and performance bonuses, which most years can be worth well into the six figures if profit goals are reached.
With all of this Hayes also has to undergo a lifestyle change. He is not allowed to drink alcohol during any company function. This includes while on the road and talent parties. There is talk that since Hayes' drinking is "the stuff of legend" that he may have to take "antibuse," which is a medication that makes you throw up if you drink the smallest amount of alcohol.
Finally Hayes had to have a sit down meeting with Mark Henry in order to clear everything up, and he may have to meet with all of the company's African-American wrestlers.
The company feels that Hayes is a valuable part of the writing team, but if he doesn't chance the company is prepared to move on without him. With WWE being a publicly traded company, the feeling is that if Hayes messes up one more time, he will prove to me more of a liability than he is worth.
Awesome show. I downloaded it a couple hours ago from Angry Marks and already heard the whole thing.

Hey guys, I'm a long time listener and first time commenter. And I was just wanting to issue some constructive criticism about Tha O Show. One of the many problems I have with the show and what it has become is that as a listener I would rather have less segments that can be longer so you could spend more time talking to people like The Notorious T.I.D. than to have jobbers and no name workers like Marty Garner and Derek Wylde and have topics on that aren't even related to wrestling like that dumb segment with that dumb slut that can only talk about sex. I really don't want this show to turn into a show filled with segments featuring that bitter little bitch Marty Garner whining and crying about how he wasn't able to get a job in the WWE. And I'm tired of having to hear Donnie and Dan-E-O sing the praises of the all great and powerful Dangerboy Derek Wylde who wasn't good enough to be able to make it into the WWE or even TNA. Finally my last grievance is that you stop denegrating the image of the women that you have on your show by depicting them as sluts and whores and actually have some real women workers on instead of the regular sluts and whores that you have on the show. A response would be very much apreciated.

#1) This ISN'T a wrestling show... It's a show that covers wrestling - but in truth it's a show about Dan and I and whatever is on our minds...
#2) You're entitled to your opinions, but with all due respect - to downplay the accomplishments of Derek Wylde or Marty Garner is ignorant. Period.
#3) We have great female workers on ALL the time... geez - LuFisto is a member of the show!!

The Angry Marks podcast is like an F4W circle jerk hosted by a gaggle of nerds, and Kayfabe for Dummies is epically bad - but not bad enough that it becomes good, even though host "The Cancer" peppers every uncomfortable moment with "this is great..."

Thank you for your response Donnie. But I would just like to issue a rebuttal to some of the comments you made in response to me. While I understand that this is not necessarily a wrestling show or an MMA show I certainly don't see anybody but wrestlers being featured on your show. And in response to my comments about Derek Wylde I would like to say that I might have been a little bit harsh on him but I think that you need to stop talking about him like he's some kind of Ric Flair or something because I've watched some of his matches and frankly I don't think he is as good a worker as you make him sound like he is. And I would just like to say that I would like to ask Marty Garner why he thinks that his friends like Shannon Moore, Shane Helms, Matt, and Jeff Hardy all got full time jobs in WWE and he didn't and why now he's all of a sudden bitching and whining about how he didn't get a job in the WWE on Myspace. Maybe it was just because they all are better wrestlers than him. And finally I would like to say that the only reason I listen to this show is because I really think this show is better most of the other wrestling and MMA shows out there. And last but not least I would like to say that I wish you guys could get rid of one of your useless segments with Marty Garner, Derek Wylde, or LuPhisto and add a new segment where Tha O Show fans can call in and voice their own opinions on wrestling and MMA. Another response would be very much appreciated.

1.) You are again trying to sell Derek Wylde short. Many people who listen to this show are either workers or people who aspire to be workers, and many of them have said that they think "The Classroom" is a very insightful and useful segment. I'm sorry for your ignorance if you feel otherwise, but for those of us who believe that wrestling is an art, we appreciate Derek Wylde and what he's done for the sport of wrestling.
2.) WWE cares primarily about looks, not wrestling skill, and you know it. Marty Garner is a very skilled wrestler, and he's never met a bump he wouldn't take, but he's small, and that holds him back. Your assumption that only good wrestlers make it to WWE is flawed. By that logic, Chris Masters, Bobby Lashley, Dave Batista, Jon Heidenreich, The Great Khali, Mark Henry, and Gene Snitsky must be great wrestlers. No, wait. They were big, muscle-bound freaks.
3.) "A segment where fans can call in". Clever, if not original. In otherwords, "I wanna be on the show". Stop trying to put yourself over; if you have an opinion to voice to Donnie, you can do what everyone else does, and hit him up at bigdaddy@thaoshow.com.
actually calling in would be pretty dope, we could hear from universal fans and hear more views on the show, nothing wrong with that.

1) The Lufisto segment is kind of lame. I appreciate indy workers and the indy scene, but let's be honest, they're not actually answering anything honestly - they're just joking around - and they're better wrestlers than comedians. It's kind of uncomfortably not-funny.
