A few hours ago, it seemed that the cause of Chris Benoit's death was a gas leak in his Atlanta home. Thia is a story that was handed to Tha O Show by several reputable sources, and a member of the Atlanta GA Police Force. Now, FOX News and the WWE are calling this a double murder suicide. If in fact this is the case, then Chris, Nancy and Daniel's last moments were even more terrifying and tragic than originally thought.

This is one of those nights, the kind of night where you are looking at it through different eyes.
You don't want to believe that this is happening. You don't want to believe that the greatest wrestler on earth is dead. You don't want to believe that this show is a tribute to the MEMORY of Chris, Nancy and Daniel Benoit. You want to believe that Chris just wasn't able to make it tonight, so the WWE decided to just give him a show.
But sadly, you do have to believe it. You have to come to terms that one of the greatest workers in history will never wrestle in front of us again. Sadly, we have to accept this.
One bright spot is, that we can all rest easy knowing he and his family weren't seperated. We can also know that Daniel and Nancy are sitting front row center watching Eddie and Chris tear the house down in heaven in the greatest match ever.
I think they are having a four way with Benoit, Eddie, Pillman, and Owen :(
Thats a match we'd all pay to see. God rest those mens souls. It's selfish, but dammit it's unfair to have lost all those men, all those greats.
ABCNews.com is reporting that authorities are investigating the death of Chris Benoit and his family as a possible double murder-suicide. Lt. Tommy Pope of the Fayette Sherrif's Department was quoted as saying "the instruments of death were located on scene," but would not specify what those instruments are or where in the house the bodies were found. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning at 10am, but details will not be released for weeks.
I'm going to bed. But I will say this...
The pic that I have set as my default on myspace, and signguy has it too, he had it first, as emotional as it was at the time, I know at least I would have never thought that a little over 3 years later it would be a memorial picture.

Lt. Tommy Pope told the Associated Press that it was being investigated as a homicide pending results of a preliminary autopsy report that will come out tomorrow. No gunshot or stab wounds were found, but they couldn't rule out poisoning, suffocation or strangulation. Pope said he was not confirming any of these potential causes, just not ruling them out.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported it is being investigated as a murder/suicide.
This is of course contrary to info we have been given, but we are providing all info that comes to us....
Fox news and Abc are saying Benoit killed his family and then himself. There are no stab wounds and know gun shot wounds. I don't want to believe the he could do that. I don't understand how they could come to that conclusion whit no knife wounds or gun shot wounds.
So no stab or shot wounds, but they think it was a double-murder suicide?
News stations, go fuck yourselves. Just because a gas leak isn't an answer that will create a massive media blitz doesn't mean that's not the answer.

I think it maybe true but I don't believe Benoit killed his family though. He left the house show sat. for a family emergency so I'm thinking someone killed Nacy and Daniel and Benoit was so upset when he saw them dead he may have killed himlsef. I hope I'm wrong and that it was a gas leak. I'm going to be losing sleep tonight cause I know I want up to the minute news on this.
