Ontario played host to an incredible weekend of independent wrestling. With promotions such as LLW, UWA, BSE, and GCW all running shows in a 5 day span, some of the biggest stars in the wrestling world were in Ontario. TNA stars such as AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, and Raven invaded GCW on Wednesday with a super-hot show which featured a great match between Christopher Daniels and TNA star Havoc. The trio from TNA then made their way into Unit 13 in Hamilton for Living Legends Wrestling on Thursday.
Friday is when the insanity truly began. We begin 8 hours north of Toronto in Kirkland Lake for the Blood Sweat and Ears promotion that ran a big show that featured Rhino taking on Robert Roode in the main event. That same night in Mississauga Ontario, UWA Hardcore Wrestling featured an unprecedented show with stars from the Toryumon promotion of Japan. That night saw the main event of Jushin “Thunder” Liger & Puma VS. Ultimo Dragon & Kazuchika Okada.Saturday the insanity amplified with the Raven, AJ Styles, and Christopher Daniels once again performing in Toronto for a pair of shows at the Anime Convention. About 20 minutes west of Toronto, Ultimo Dragon and Jushin Liger performed their second show for UWA that night as they took on TNA stars Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley.
Sunday the full slate of shows wrapped up in Brampton for another BSE show which featured a Suicide Six-Pack Challenge in the main event. And if you didn't get enough, "RAW" is coming live from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto tonight.
If there was ever any doubt that Ontario is the wrestling epicentre of the universe, this past week should eliminate that. If that isn't enough, BSE announced that on July 21st, Kurt Angle will come in to take on Christian Cage.

i just hafta say... aj styles is a TANK in person, his arms were bigger than my legs and i only saw the LLW show which was amazing, both styles and daniels worked their asses off and really put their opponents over, especially daniels, who put RIP IMPACT over like a mofo. A classy move and a great match.
