Rampage and The Iceman - The Sequel

I can hear Big John McCarthy's voice now. "Rampage, are you ready? Chuck, are you ready? LET'S GET IT ON!"

Yes, O-sters... the fight that has been talked about since the end of 2006 has finally been made official. On Saturday May 26th, the UFC will play host to Quinton Jackson and Chuck Liddell's second fight.

On November 9th 2003, during a match for PRIDE FC, Liddell was stopped in the second round by a TKO. The man who stopped him has never stopped talking about it. That man of course, is Jackson. Liddell has been foaming at the mouth for a chance to avenge that loss.

Liddell appears to be in the best shape of his life. Jackson has only lost twice in the last two years, and defeated Marvin Eastman in his only UFC fight to date.

Some question if the UFC is giving this match away a little too quickly... but clearly they are setting up for a year of possible rematches.

The fight is expected to be officially announced tomorrow.

Waaaay too early. Jackson is still a new character to most UFC fans and he wasn't all that impressive in his first match against Eastman.

I would have Jackson fight another tomato can first and have Liddell beat up Rashad Evans.

However this is a company with over a year of big matches booked. How they have been able to make so many new stars over the last year is incredible.

If Chuck doesn't recover from his pneumonia in time, Rampage wins in the second round via ref stoppage.

As for Brock Lesnar, his chances of doing good in his first fight are great being that Royce Gracie has been training him for about a year now.

i didnt know he was training with gracie. i thought he was trainning with someone else lol i guess he does have a good chance. in my opinion in ufc he would kick the fuck out of people
