PWI Annual - Any Help?

Just the other day I was approached by Pro Wrestling Illustrated publisher Stu Saks with the idea of writing this year's "PWI Annual," the 2006 year-end recap of all things wrestling. As a longtime reader of the magazine, I consider it an honor to finally get to write this world-renowned issue.

Plus, my fellow staff did not agree with my own personal opinion for PWI 500 winner.

Which brings me to all of you. Is there any wrestling news item of which I need to make sure to include (excluding the Kanyon/Bret story that Tha O Show just happened to break)? I'm not talking the big stuff such as Cena is champ again or a pay per view recap or anything like that.

No, more along the lines of smaller stories that don't make the big headlines, but would be of interest to a hardcore wrestling fan. Perhaps in the US, but also quite possibly in Mexico, Japan, Canada, or other wrestling hotbed? Shoot me an e-mail at bradyhicks@gmail.com if you are able to come up with anything.

And I will try to stop shaking out of excitement long enough to get a column out there like I promised.

Yeah, the Internet is great...
Um...
um...

ROH is a nice little promotion. I enjoy it. And I can understand why niche fans enjoy it.

My top three were:

Joe
Edge
Cena

I'm hoping next year I can persuade some more of the writers.
