Steph in labor - Raw rewritten

Stephanie McMahon went into labor this afternoon in Connecticut. Her husband Triple H, father Vince and brother Shane have all left the arena in Cleveland to be with Stephanie and to welcome the newest member of their family into the world.

As a result, Raw is being rewritten feverishly. The DX feud may be held off completely this week, seeing as how only HBK remains at the building. A tag team title match has been announced, where the Highlanders WILL take the titles from the about-to-be defunct Spirit Squad.

In a related story...
Steph's new offspring isn't the only thing she's currently pushing (ok, bad pun).

A number of WWE officials want the company wrap up DX's run at Summerslam. Stephanie McMahon has reportedly been pushing pretty hard to continue the group into at least the fall.

Shawn Michaels is on a fixed timetable as he needs to take some time off to heel various injuries and have surgery. Shawn has also expressed a disinterest in the angle and the sexual content.

DX was brough back for two reasons. To pop the summer ratings and to help turn Triple H face. Both goals have been accomplished.

Here's hoping the show is even better without the McMahons, showing them that they don't need to be in the middle of everything

I'd like to introduce you all to the new women's champ Aurora Rose Helmsley. Here's to a lengthy run with no title defenses.

But really...congrats go out to Trips and Steph. Being a parent myself (especially to a girl) I know it can be as much hell as it is fun.

Did I mention that as I watch RAW, it's painfully obvious that it's re-written?
